RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase.

Returned items must reach us within 14 days of lodging your request.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We're unable to process returns for products that have been opened or used, unless the item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Our supplements are not formulated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent illness. Please speak with a healthcare professional before taking any new supplement.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect Items

If you notice that an item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email info@suppstance.com.au within 7 days of delivery including your full name, contact details, order number or receipt, and photos of the item(s).

Once we receive your information we'll guide you through the return process. Refunds or exchanges are issued after the returned items have been checked.
